I want to thank everyone for making me feel welcome when I visited your school on June 3-5, 2008. I have learned a lot from the staff and students and am ecited to share the ideas and strategies I learned with my colleagues here in the US. This was my first visit to the UK and it was fantastic! Thanks again to Clare for assisting us with classroom visits and sharing information about the way you do things in the UK!

Wow!!! I remember starting at this school when i just came from jamaica it was wonderful, the best time of my life to be exact.

I had so much fun and i have with me so much memories that i can't eva 4get.

I miss this school so much there is no school in the world that would make me as happy as I was there. I miss being in 6PR with all my class mates and best of all I miss the best teacher ever Mr Reedman!!!!! He is so cool

I wana go back there. I love the site too and I just realise that I havn't been back to the school since I left and now I'm in yr11. I shall return soon though.

hello, i love tredworth all the staff are helpful. we do so many things and i'm so happy that everyone put in all they have got to made all the displays and all the fun work we do. thanks to mrs douglass and mrs prichard for doing the afterschool netball club, thank to miss mills for doing the choir, and mrs brunsdon for staying behind and doing the afterschool drama club and a big thanks to all the other staff.

Hello - I attended Tredworth Junior School back in the late 1970's when Mr. Silk was the Head Master. I was browsing the web (I now live in the USA) and was excited to see my favourite school still open! I have so many happy memories there and wish that every child that passes through those doors to have the same happy memories that I came away with. My love to one and all!

I was apupil at your school in the 1960's. I went on to Denmark Road and have been a teacher myself for more than 30 years.I have such wonderful memories of my time at your school and the fantastic education I received. Mr Kerslake, Mr Insley and Mr Corlett gave me a love for reading and books that I have never lost. I try to give the same thing to my seven year olds!
I am glad to see that the school is still thriving and that you are keeping up the good work

While idling my time away today I came across your website which I have enjoyed reading.

I doubt if many will now remember me as it is six years since I left as the Headteacher but I would like to send best wishes to Paul Reedman, Linda Mubarak and Sue Tugwell. ( I thought you would all have moved on by now!!) As for the TAs I met at Barrie Langston's wedding, best wishes from my wife and myself.

Tredworth was the last of my four headships over a span of 22 years and I have to say that although it was the most challenging, it was also the most rewarding years of my teaching carreer. I felt passionate about what I, we, wanted for the children and wanted to achieve. It was a great community and proved a very steep learning curve for me in a number of areas.

I encountered some great children (and the odd rogue!!) and often think what they might have done with their future lives. Many had the potential to go on to great things with the right guidance.

If you were a pupil during my years as Headteacher, then I would love to hear how you have got on, or if you have news of anyone from that time.

Just a note, to Mr Reedman, Miss Loveday, who taught my two other children at Tredworth, You both gave them the chance they needed to show how well they could do, Marcus has nearly finished his GCSE and will now be going on to six form at St. Peters and will be studing for his A levels so he can go into AeroSpace Enginering, while Nico has proved to be doing very well in sport, he recently was choosen to run for the County Athletics and one a gold medel in the County Trials, he also ,along with the rest of the St Peters Rugby Year 9 Team won the HSBC Cup at Kingsholme. He has also been doing very well in his school work and will aslo be going in to Enginering They have both come along way from Tredworth Juniors,and I hope Rebecca can prove too that your teaching and understanding and patiance will pay off as well, when she goes to St Peters and be another success for Tredworth and the Teachers.
