Welcome back!

We have had a superb start to our new academic year with our Year 3 children in particular, settling in remarkably quickly and getting down to work.  Well done.

This year promises to be an exciting one with the school offering a range of activities for you to become involved in, i.e. Family learning, gardening, healthy eating etc.  Our curriculum has changed slightly this year to incorporate a growing need to 'tailor make' it for our children.  The emphasis will be on classroom environment without losing the vigour in Maths, English, Science and all of the other subjects.  The overall aim is for your child to enjoy our school and be actively involved in their learning.

So keep looking at the site for your child(ren)'s class page and remember, this is your school do not be afraid to ask and come and see us if you have any concerns.
